Four song loyalty spot tonight !
Songs : Harry Don't Go [Ralph McTell]  & Two Cities [with Chris Patterson] ;
City by the Sea & Tell Me [Solo]

<< Welcome Ken, performing a deserved extended spot tonight.
First, a lilting song called “Harry Don't Go” from the 1970s that captured the Caribbean rhythm and which he dedicated to the 'Windrush' victims.
“Two Cities”, a poignant song that is as relevant now as it was in the past. I found it moving as the audience sang along with “there but for the Grace of God go I”.
“City by the Sea”. This was a song about Southhampton; cars in cages, rhinos running free, love and peace everywhere, the spell that the city cast over me.
”Tell Me”.
"Tell me what I need to know”.  A song about bad news inspired when an elderly priest was killed in Northern France whilst celebrating Mass. “Tell me x2, Tell me its not real, Tell me x2, Tell me that it’s all a dream".  Ken at his best - thought provoking, shining light on the events in the world; truth echoing in the hearts and minds of us all >>
